On December 21, 2010, dell'Arte Opera Ensemble will present a very special 100th anniversary production of Humperdinck's "other" opera (Hänsel und Gretel being his most famous work) as our 2010 BlackBox Series production. Premiered at the Metropolitan Opera on December 28, 1910, this special "highlights" performance will feature dell'Arte Opera Ensemble members both new and old, plus a special guest celebrity narrator.
